Couples' Hands-On Class
We're excited to welcome Elaine Berrios to our Culinary Center for a special class where you'll learn to make Cuban Bread used for making a traditional Cuban sandwich. The sandwich may be the star of the class, but the rest of the menu is just as superb. You'll learn how to make Cuban specialties such as Roasted Pork Shoulder with Cuban Mojo, Mariquitas (Plantain Chips) with Cilantro-Garlic Aioli, Caldo Gallego (a Rustic Soup with White Beans, Spanish Chorizo, Potatoes and Kale), and Ed's Mexican Tropical Sundae with Cinnamon-Sugar Sopapilla, Dulce de Leche, Chopped Pineapple and Mango over Vanilla Ice Cream then topped with Toasted Coconut and spiked with a little Chile-Lime Salt! This menu will be paired with wine and beer.
