Experience the flavors of Hawaii! We start with a baked Macadamia tart shell, than fill it with a creamy chocolate ganache, topped with fresh whipped cream, Macadamia nuts, and chocolate shavings.

We begin with a light airy cream puff shell baked here at DLM. We fill them with cooked custard, topped with fresh whipped cream then drizzled with chocolate.

This is a great dessert for those allergic to gluten and for those who are not. Treat your palate to this rich melt-in-your-mouth torte. Made only of chocolate, egg whites, sugar, and butter.
Gâteau aux Trois Chocolats
A rich dark, white, and milk-chocolate layered Bavarian cream on top of a chocolate Génoise, topped with chocolate mirror icing.
Grand Tiramisú and Tira Cup
An Italian favorite made with ladyfingers soaked in coffee syrup, layered with light mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa powder, and topped with whipped cream.
Key Largo Key Lime Tart
A sweet, buttery tart shell painted with chocolate and filled with a tart Key lime custard made of Key lime juice, eggs, and butter. Topped with fresh whipped cream sprinkled with lime zest. Light and flavorful.
This is a traditional European treat consisting of flaky sheets of puff pastry made from scratch, baked and then layered with fresh pastry cream and whipped cream. Topped with fondant and chocolate.
Peach Party Pillow
We first take a palmier, then add fresh pastry cream and the most flavorful, juicy Prima peaches we can find, added whipped cream, another palmier, more whipped cream, a fanned peach slice, and a sprinkling of powdered sugar. This is made to share…but will you?
Soft Meringue cookie base topped with a hazelnut praline and crumbled wafer mixture, then layered with dark chocolate mousse. Finished with artistic decoration.

A Parisian treat made of a sweet buttery tart shell filled with a tart lemon custard made of lemon juice, egg, cream, and butter. Topped with powdered sugar.
