  • At a very young age, Lindsey Lucas discovered a love for cooking. Growing up, she was always in the kitchen with her mom and grandmothers, learning everything she could from them. As a teenager, she decided to turn her love for cooking into a career. In 2009, Lindsey graduated from The Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State with her associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Then in 2013, she received a degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College. Working for DLM since she was 19, Lindsey has held several different positions within the company. She worked her way through the Deli, Bakery Production, and was Assistant Retail Bakery Manager at the Oakwood location. In 2013, she became our Pastry Shop Manager and has enjoyed bringing her creative ideas into 'play' as she creates the delicious pastries displayed in all three of our stores.

You see, at DLM our Pâtisserie produces pastries of note daily: classics as well as modern twists, all clean and fresh, made from scratch with organic eggs, real vanilla, the highest quality butter, and other fine ingredients. Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cake—Gluten Free

We start with a flourless chocolate decadence cake and layer it with strawberry filling and chocolate mousse. We then top it with chocolate ganache and a chocolate-covered strawberry.

Chocolate Ganache Tart—Gluten Free

Experience the flavors of Hawaii! We start with a baked macadamia tart shell, fill it with a creamy chocolate ganache, and top it with fresh whipped cream, macadamia nuts, and chocolate shavings.

Chocolate Mousse—Gluten Free

A chocolate lover’s delight. A traditional favorite made with dark chocolate and finished with artistic decoration.

Chocolate-Raspberry Cheesecake

Our delicious vanilla cheesecake topped with raspberry filling, fresh raspberries, and chocolate curls.

Cream Puff

We begin with light, airy cream puff shells baked here at DLM. We then fill them with cooked custard, top them with fresh whipped cream, and finish with a drizzle of chocolate.

Crème Brûlée

An American favorite in either Traditional or Brown Sugar. A smooth custard baked with vanilla beans. Freshly caramelized for each customer.


The éclair begins with pâte à choux made here at DLM. It’s then baked into a light, airy shell that’s layered with pastry cream, custard, and fresh whipped cream, and topped with chocolate.

Dulce de Leche Éclair

Pâte à choux layered with dulce de leche, mousseline, candied pecans, and finished with chocolate.

Flourless Decadence Torte

This is a great dessert for those allergic to gluten and for those who are not. Treat your palate to this rich, melt-in-your-mouth torte. Made only of chocolate, egg whites, sugar, and butter.

Gâteau aux Trois Chocolats

Rich dark, white, and milk chocolate Bavarian cream layered on top of a chocolate génoise and topped with chocolate mirror icing.

Grand Tiramisú and Tira Cup

An Italian favorite made with ladyfingers soaked in coffee syrup, layered with light mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa powder, and topped with whipped cream.

Chocolate Berry Blossom

A puff pastry shell filled with our chocolate mousse, topped with fresh strawberries and raspberries.

Key Largo Key Lime Tart (Seasonal)

A sweet, buttery tart shell painted with chocolate and filled with a tart Key lime custard made of Key lime juice, eggs, and butter. Topped with fresh whipped cream and sprinkled with lime zest. Light and flavorful.

Macadamia Nut Cheesecake (Seasonal)

Macadamia-white chocolate cheesecake topped with white chocolate ganache, and decorated with a chocolate decoration, white chocolate, and roasted macadamia nuts.


This is a traditional European treat consisting of flaky sheets of puff pastry made from scratch, baked, and layered with fresh pastry cream and whipped cream. Topped with fondant and chocolate.

Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Vanilla cheesecake topped with chocolate ganache and peanut butter cup pieces.

Tarte aux Fruits

Freshly baked sweet crust filled with pastry cream and fresh fruit, then glazed with apricot jelly. A classic!

Tarte aux Citron

A Parisian treat made of a sweet, buttery tart shell filled with a tart lemon custard made of lemon juice, egg, cream, and butter. Topped with powdered sugar.
