Meet the DLM Family

  • Tom Winter
  • VP of Grocery, Dairy & Frozen
  • Tom Winter has been shopping at DLM since he was five years old. His career started in Oakwood bagging groceries, and he has worked his way up to Vice President of Marketing and Director of Grocery, Frozen, and Dairy. The 1973 graduate of Wright State University has been a member of the DLM family for over 40 years. Over the years, he has spent numerous hours working in many departments at DLM to bring our customers the best service possible. He often travels the country in search of the latest and greatest clean products. His goal is to continue making DLM the very best at serving the needs of our customers. Every decision he makes is made with this in mind. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, gardening, and above all spending time with his family.

Cookie Dough

Wow! These cookies will just melt in your mouth. Just scoop and bake what you want to eat for the day and keep the rest refrigerated. Our new 2½ lb tub is filled with all-natural dough made with King Arthur Flour, real vanilla, local organic butter, and Toll House Chocolate Chips. What a fun and easy after-school snacks for the kids to prepare!

DLM Pure Horseradish

Our DLM Pure Horseradish is one of our favorite additions to liven up many types of dishes. Try it over hot roast beef sandwiches, mixed in scrambled eggs, potato salad, and more. Add it to other condiments including mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup for an extra kick.

DLM Filled Pasta

We now have six different kinds of filled pasta in the Dairy's refrigerated case. We have combined all-natural pasta with a variety of preservative-free ingredients: Mozzarella & Herbs Tri-Color Tortellini; Roasted Sweet Potato Gnocchi; Basil Pesto & Ricotta Agnolotti; Provolone, Peas, & Prosciutto Ravioli; Four Cheese Sacchetti; and Ricotta & Parmigiano Tortellini. For a quick and easy dinner, just boil for 2-3 minutes and top with Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
