  • Tom Winter has been shopping at DLM since he was five years old. His career started in Oakwood bagging groceries, and he has worked his way up to Vice President of Marketing and Director of Grocery, Frozen, and Dairy. The 1973 graduate of Wright State University has been a member of the DLM family for over 40 years. Over the years, he has spent numerous hours working in many departments at DLM to bring our customers the best service possible. He often travels the country in search of the latest and greatest clean products. His goal is to continue making DLM the very best at serving the needs of our customers. Every decision he makes is made with this in mind. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, gardening, and above all spending time with his family.

DLM 100% Pure Honey

Our friend Al Tuttle is a Miami Valley beekeeper who is now producing our very own private label honey. The honey is unprocessed, raw, and 100% local. Meet Al at our Farmers’ Markets during the summer months.

DLM Ketchup

Irvin & Sons Raw Honey

Robert Irvin, of Jamestown, Ohio, provides us with jars of honey and honey with comb.

Rothschild Farm Mustards

Blue cheese, honey, and spices are combined to create the savory and sweet Blue Cheese Dijon Mustard. Turn an ordinary burger into an extraordinary one with the unique tang of blue cheese. It is also a wonderful addition to vinaigrettes or served with a Bakery Bavarian pretzel. The Cranberry Pomegranate Mustard is a fruity blend of cranberries, pomegranate, and raspberries, making it a terrific spread for turkey sandwiches, or on cheese and crackers. Both mustards are all natural and gluten free.

DLM Canned Tomatoes

These beautiful tomatoes are from nearby friends who have been growing and canning tomatoes locally since the 1920s.

Seasonings of Salonica

Local entrepreneur Tom Arvan of Franklin developed a line of Mediterranean seasonings from family recipes passed down through the generations by those who lived in Salonica, Greece. They are made with the finest all-natural ingredients and can be used on vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. Add some “opa!” (Greek word used to describe a jubilant emotion) to ordinary foods.

Tina’s Sweet Treats

Tina’s Sweet Treats is a gluten-free bakery located in Franklin, Ohio. When Tina’s husband and two daughters were diagnosed with celiac disease, she became serious about making great gluten-free baked goods that everyone could enjoy, so they wouldn’t feel like they were missing out. She delivers delicious breads, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and more twice weekly!

A Bit of a Bite Salsa

Local Miamisburg resident Pegge Bellamy spent 11 years tweaking her signature salsa recipes before sharing it with DLM. She hand-selects only the highest quality domestic produce to create a hearty salsa full of tomatoes, zucchini, onions, hot peppers, and cilantro. Her original flavor is Melissa Medium which is perfect with corn chips. Sarah Sweet Salsa has a slight bite which complements the sweetness. The Heiny Hot is for the courageous palatte and is perfect on a burrito or taco.

Local Sauces

Local choices include those from restaurants like Mamma DiSalvo’s (a garlicky best seller, wonderful over pasta) and Annarino’s in Dayton; Capozzi’s in Middletown (a favorite for meatballs as the flavor is full but doesn’t overpower the spices in the meat); and Cucina Pitrelli and La Rosa’s of Cincinnati. Of course, Our DLM Marinara and Original Pasta Sauce are locally made. Each offers an authentic taste derived from an old family recipe, and each is very, very good.

DLM Apple Butter

David and Miriam Cooper began in 1969 with a fresh fruit and vegetable stand in front of their home, but they soon became known for miles around for their delicious homemade apple butter, jams, and jellies. David learned how to make jelly from his grandmother when he was just 12 years old, and he still uses these original recipes today to make our DLM Butters. Their dark, rich apple butter is cooked in 50-gallon copper kettles over a wood fire. Apple butter adds a sweet richness to foods, reducing the use of sugar; and it helps keep baked goods from drying out.

Seasonal Selections Salsa

Located in Waynesville, Seasonal Selections produces hot, medium, and mild salsas called Sugar & Spice. There are no preservatives or fillers which can obscure the natural ingredients. The sweet, yet spicy, flavor is also a great topping on omelets and sautéed vegetables.

Éban’s Bakehouse

Éban Bakehouse is a local gluten-free company in Grove City near Columbus. They are delivering their freshly baked gluten-free goods to DLM twice a week. They are an Ohio Proud member and have the only sliced gluten-free bread! Feast on their famous Seeded Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, or Oat Flax Bread, and dine on an assortment of unique cookies including Cranberry Walnut Coconut Oatmeal and White Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Purely Sweet Bakery

Purely Sweet Bakery specializes in clean eating with paleo, vegan, gluten free, and raw/organic baked goods. Rather than refined sugars, Dawn Vaflor often uses coconut sugar, agave, or raw, local honey. At the present time we are carrying her Runner’s Energy Balls, Paleo Granolas, Peanut Butter Cookies, Snickerdoodles, and Double Chocolate Brownies. Dawn produces her healthy treats locally and sells them at the 2nd Street Market.

Dave’s Dawg Sauce

Locally made in Centerville, this gluten-free sauce is a blend of mustard, peppers, and sweetness that creates a unique flavor burst that enhances all types of food.
