November Market Report
Good Neighbor Program Rebates Increased over
18% for 2002!
We are proud to announce that through the DLM Good Neighbor Program, we are
committed to donating a total of $65,000 to charities of your choosing for
the year 2002. Yes, DLM donates the money, but you decide where it goes! In
2001, DLM donated $55,000 to local non-profit organizations. The DLM Good
Neighbor Program is an easy way you can help your favorite non-profit organization.
Simply sign up for the program, and have your Club DLM card scanned every
time you shop with us.
How does the DLM Good Neighbor Program work?
In the December Market Report and in each store beginning in December, there
will be forms which list all charities and non-profit organizations that have
enrolled for our Good Neighbor Program. Simply fill out the form by noting
your Club DLM number and marking to which charity you would like your purchases
credited. As long as you spend $250.00 during 2002, up to 1% of your purchases
will be rebated to the charity of your choice. Be sure to sign up as soon
as possible as your chosen charity will start receiving credit from the time
of sign-up forward.
Do I have to re-enroll for the 2002 Program?
Yes! Many of our customers have commented that they would like to choose a
new charity for 2002, so no enrollments from 2001 will be carried over. If
you would like to participate again in our Good Neighbor Program, you must
sign up for our 2002 program.
What if my favorite non-profit organization is not enrolled for the program?
To enroll your organization, fill out a DLM Good Neighbor enrollment form
located near our customer service booth. We will be happy to enroll your organization
in our Good Neighbor Program. Please note that we will recognize only one
fund per organization.
We look forward to another great year for our Good Neighbor Program!

With sincere gratitude
Many, many thanks to our customers who so generously contributed to the Red
Cross through Club DLM. We collected $10,700.89 dedicated to aid the victims
and families of those who were affected by the national tragedy in September.
Our heartfelt thanks to all of you!
