Good Neighbor Program Sign-Up

Please choose one charity from this list to which you would like your purchases credited. Up to 1% of your purchases made with your Club DLM card will be rebated to the charity of your choice once you have spent $250.00 during 2008. This program will be in effect from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

Last year, we donated $75,000 to charities and non-profit organizations.
