Pepper Grinders
Dorothy Lane Market offers
a variety of fine sea salts imported from Europe.
The problem with most of the containers is that
you have to sprinkle the salt with your fingers
or a spoon. We've come to the rescue with our
new salt and pepper grinders! They come filled
with sea salt from the waters of the Pacific Ocean,
or with the famed peppercorns from Tellicherry,
India, which are larger, blacker, and more fragrant
than other peppercorns. Once they are empty, fill
them with your favorite sea salt, such as Maldon
from England or Esprit du Sel from France.

The tastes of the Latin islands are fresh
and packed full of flavor! Chef Jenn DiSanto's
menu includes Shrimp and Potato Fritters

WhiteWave Foods has voluntarily
recalled the 11-oz single serve Chocolate Silk
Soymilk (UPC 2529360028) with a “use by” date
of 05-07-08. We just learned about the recall
from the FDA and are in the process of calling
our customers who purchased this product with
their Club DLM 2.U
card.
Product with this particular date may contain
undeclared milk protein. People who have an allergy
or severe sensitivity to milk protein may run
the risk of illness if they consume this product.
Please return any 11-oz Single Serve Chocolate
Silk Soymilk with a “use by” date of 05-07-08
