Recipe of the Week: Melt Away Pounds with Sauerkraut!
Many
people don't eat sauerkraut very often, but it's
surprisingly healthy and versatile. It's low in
saturated fat and very low in cholesterol. It's
also a good source of calcium and magnesium, and
a very good source of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin
K, vitamin B6, folate, iron, potassium, and copper.
It can serve as a pizza topping, a low-calorie
side dish, or part of a salad or soup. Whip up
Pork and Sauerkraut

Who's Calling Me a "Shrimp"?
Sea Mazz Cooked Tail-Off Shrimp
aren't exactly "shrimpy". Rather, they are jumbo
premium shrimp, peeled, de-veined, and with their
tails removed. Just thaw and place on an elegant
platter, then serve with your favorite cocktail
sauce. For a spicy concoction try our DLM Cocktail
Sauce with Meyer Lemon and Shallots. 2-lb bag

with an abundance of apple fruit and a crisp finish.
Both are a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier,
and Pinot Noir, with the Blanc de Noirs being
a bit less creamy. 750ml $18 Bonne
