DLM Becomes Sanctioned Petrossian Caviar Retailer
The
Petrossian family previously only sold their caviar
to specialty stores such as Neiman Marcus and
Saks Fifth Avenue. Central Market in Texas and
now Dorothy Lane Market are the only two supermarkets
in the nation to carry this caviar once exclusively
used by the Parisian upper crust. A new "catch"
for Petrossian this season, Royal Ossetra Caviar
is farmed in Bulgaria from indigenous stock. Be
prepared for a toasty-brown color and a slightly
sweet yet creamy taste. Alverta
President Caviar is farmed from mature
white sturgeon in Northern California. With its
medium bead size, pleasantly firm grain, and nutty,
buttery flavor, Alverta President rivals the finest
Caspian Ossetra. Read more about the handling

Our Favorite Olive
Oils
Looking for a gift for

oil from Sicily that we carry on a limited basis.
Its very robust flavor enhances roast meats (drizzle

is an amazing organic oil made by Joana and her
