Recipe of the Week: DLM
Corned Beef and Cabbage
Now
that it's beginning to feel like fall, cook up
a hearty pan of Corned Beef and Cabbage to feed
the family. We have taken choice cuts of Coleman
Natural Beef™ Brisket and Round and brined them
in pickling spices, then topped them with a blend
of peppercorn and bay leaf to give it the traditional
taste. Cook long and slow, till fork tender. The
meat will retain a pink color even after cooking,
due to the curing process fixing the pigment of
the meat.

New! Katz Late Harvest Zinfandel AgroDolce
Vinegar Most vinegars
are produced in six hours, which removes most
of the taste and nutrients. Katz Company vinegars
are converted over several months in oak barrels
from quality wines and fermented grapes. Katz
has just released to the public (after a year
in the making) its Late Harvest Zinfandel AgroDolce
Vinegar. It has a low 5.8% acidity, a garnet color
which gives way to a jammy texture, with lots
of plum and fresh berry overtones and a pleasant,
crisp finish. This is a perfect match for many
fall foods and holiday cooking. $9.99 save
$1.00 with Club DLM 2.U
card through November 30.
