Featured Recipe of the Week: DLM Corned Beef and Cabbage
Now that it's beginning to feel like fall, cook up a hearty pan of Corned Beef and Cabbage to feed the family. We have taken choice cuts of Coleman Natural Beef™ Brisket and Round and brined them in pickling spices, then topped them with a blend of peppercorn and bay leaf to give it the traditional taste. Cook long and slow, till fork tender. The meat will retain a pink color even after cooking, due to the curing process fixing the pigment of the meat.

Added Session! Design a Holiday Centerpiece

The 10 and 11 a.m. slots for this class quickly filled up so we have added a third class beginning at 9 a.m. You will learn how to design a Thanksgiving centerpiece with floral foam, evergreens, and a taper candle which will be perfect on your holiday table. The Gluten Connection
Join us Tuesday, November 13 from 7-8:30 p.m. at our Springboro community room as we welcome nutritionist and author Dr. Shari Lieberman for a telephone conference regarding her new book, The Gluten Connection. Dr. Lieberman will answer customers' questions regarding gluten intolerance and a gluten-free lifestyle. Her book will be on sale for $5.00 off that evening.
