Roasting your Pumpkin
Seeds
Fall is here, and it's
time to start decorating and what better
way to do so than with pumpkins from Dorothy Lane
Market! Ever tried toasting your own pumpkin seeds?
We suggest mixing 1½ cups of pumpkin seeds (rinsed)
with 2 tsp of melted butter or Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin
Olive Oil and your favorite seasoning. Simply
spread seeds in a single layer on a greased baking
sheet and bake at 300°F for 45 minutes, stirring
occasionally until they are golden brown. Voilà!
They are ready for munching.
