Seafood Recipe of the Week: Grilled Striped Bass with Artisan DLM Chipotle Butter
Allow butter to soften at room temperature. Season fish fillets with Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and sea salt. Grill skin-side-down for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, then turn gently onto flesh side and grill 2 more minutes (just long enough to create sear marks). Top with a pat of softened DLM Chipotle Butter. Striped Bass $14.99 lb save $5.00 with Club DLM.2U through Tuesday, July 31.

Pluots
The Pluot, grown in California, is a stone fruit. It is a hybrid of plums and apricots, but sweeter, with a higher sugar content than standard plums. Dapple Dandy Pluots have one of the highest brix level readings on a refractometer, meaning that it has a very sweet taste! It is available only until September, so get them while you can!
