Copper River King Salmon
Last week the fisheries were closed due to the low amount of salmon being caught. They are now open, as the fish are swimming upstream in droves. We expect a large delivery today and are passing on the savings to you. This wild King Salmon has one of the highest Omega-3 oil contents of any wild salmon. Prepare it with olive oil, sea salt, and fresh dill, cooking 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
