Couples Cook!These menu-based classes are geared for couples or friends who like to prep, cook, and dine together!Join Mary as she guides six couples through a fresh, summer dinner party! Grilled Bruschetta with Fresh Ricotta & Herbs; Baby Greens with Grilled Peaches; Grilled Strip Steak with Herb Butter and Pasta with Summer Vegetables. And to top it all off, a cool Prima Peaches and Cream Parfait.

College Cooking Survival! Teen Boot Camp ! –For Ages 16 and UpThis series is an intensive 4-hour day camp concentrating on specific menus and skills. We will work both individually and in small teams prepping, chopping, creating, and cooking. We will enjoy eating the product of our efforts! Go beyond ramen noodles and learn some simple cooking survival skills that will work even in the scariest dormitory kitchen! With minimal equipment, we will explore how to eat and cook on a very limited budget. You will also learn how to shop for some decent, nutritional food choices - even at the "C" store!
