Beef Barbecue

2½ lbs DLM Natural Beef Chuck Roast, cut into 6 pieces
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp DLM Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp DLM Mustard
2 tsp DLM Chili Powder
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water

Place pieces of chuck roast in a Dutch oven or large covered pan. Add onions and celery. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour over beef and vegetables. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 3 hours. Shred the meat with a fork. Serve on warm hamburger buns.
