Reuben Sandwich

1 to 2 Tbsp DLM Pure Horseradish, drained
1/3 cup Thousand Island Dressing
8 slices DLM Salt Rye Bread
1/2 lb thinly sliced Corned Beef
1/2 lb sliced Swiss Cheese
1/2 to 1 lb sauerkraut
1/4 cup unsalted butter

Combine the horseradish with the Thousand Island Dressing. Spread the mixture on the bread slices. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on 4 slices and top with remaining slices. Spread butter on outer sides of the bread, and grill until lightly browned, turning once, until the cheese is melted (about 2 minutes).
