1 stalk celery, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
14 oz ketchup
3 Tbsp DLM Original Barbecue Sauce
3 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1½ cups water

Cut chuck roast into 6 pieces and place in a Dutch oven or a large, heavy pan with cover. Add celery, onions, and green pepper. Combine ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and pour over the meat pieces. Over moderate heat, bring meat, vegetables, and seasoning almost to a boil. (Do not boil). Remove from heat and place in a 250°F oven, and bake covered for 6 hours or until meat is very tender. Shred the meat with a fork in the sauce.
