Basil Parmesan Bread

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1½ tsp fresh garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 large round loaf of DLM San Francisco Sourdough
1/4 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Blend first four ingredients together in a medium bowl; set aside. Cut bread crosswise in half to form two flat rounds. Brush cut sides with olive oil, and broil until golden. Remove from broiler, spread cheese mixture evenly on both halves, and broil until bubbly. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
