Cauliflower with Sage
|1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets|
|2 Tbsp butter|
|2 Tbsp Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
|2 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped|
Steam cauliflower florets for three to five minutes or until just tender. Meanwhile, heat butter and olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add steamed florets, salt and pepper to taste, and sauté for three to five minutes. Combine with fresh sage and serve.
