Pear & Baby Greens Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Salad:
6 oz baby greens
2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup toasted walnut pieces
6 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
Pomegranate Vinaigrette:
1/3 cup Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp DLM Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp DLM Ground Ginger
1/8 tsp sea salt

Toss greens with pears, cranberries, walnuts, and blue cheese in a large bowl. (Or divide among individual serving plates). Drizzle with Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Toss lightly and serve immediately.



To make vinaigrette:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk until well

blended.
