Easy Kid’s Garden Salad

2–3 cups fresh Romaine lettuce, torn
1–1½ cups fresh spinach, torn
¼ cup craisins
Almond slices (optional)
¼ cup feta cheese
Chinese noodles for garnish
Dressing Recipe:
Juice of one large navel orange
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp Aunt Angie’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Dash of salt
Fresh ground black pepper
¼ tsp dry mustard

In a big bowl, combine lettuce and spinach; mix well. Then add in the craisins and almonds. Crumble the cheese on top and garnish with Chinese noodles. For the dressing: Place all ingredients in salad cruet and shake well. Top salad with dressing.
