Apple Smacks

4 apples, sliced
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp honey, if desired
1 tsp cinnamon

Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Lay apple slices in pan. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Spoon into small dishes.

Makes 4 servings
