DLM Petto di Tacchino
|1 DLM Petto di Tacchino (Italian-style turkey breast)|
|2 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place roast in a small roasting pan or on appropriate baking sheet. Drizzle liberally with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (about 15 minutes per pound).
Remove from oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices and serve.
