Salsa Sloppy Joe Pizza
|1 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck|
|1 pkg taco seasoning mix|
|1/4 cup water|
|1 pizza crust|
|(1) 16-oz can fat-free refried beans|
|(1) 8-oz pkg Mexican-style four-cheese blend, shredded|
|1 cup salsa|
|Guacamole and sour cream (optional)|
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook ground meat in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Drain well and stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes.
While ground meat is cooking, place pizza crust on a cookie sheet. Spread evenly with beans. Sprinkle one half of the cheese over beans. Spoon cooked meat over the bean/cheese layer. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa.
Cut pizza into wedges and serve with guacamole and sour cream, if desired.
