|½ cup water|
|½ cup apple cider|
|2 bags chai spice tea|
|4 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and chopped|
|1 tsp vanilla extract|
|2 Tbsp honey|
Combine water and apple cider in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the two tea bags, and allow
them to steep for about 5 minutes. Remove the teabags; add the chopped apples and vanilla extract. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add honey. Continue cooking until apples are tender. Serve alone, with vanilla ice cream, or topped with whipped cream.
