Traditional Rice Dressing—Gluten Free

This recipe is wheat and gluten free!

4 oz unsalted butter
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3/4 tsp dried sage
1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 cup long-grain rice
1 Tbsp wild rice, optional
2½ cups Bowman & Landes turkey broth

Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt butter in an ovenproof pan. Add onion and celery and sauté about two minutes until crisp tender. Add seasonings and rice; mix thoroughly. Pour broth over mixture; stir to moisten evenly. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Makes 6 servings
