Skillet Pizza
| 1 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck |
| 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper |
| 1 cup chunky spaghetti sauce |
| 1/2 tsp dried oregano |
| 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese |
| 2–3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil |
Gently combine Coleman ground chuck with bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Press lightly into a 9-inch skillet, spreading the mixture along bottom and sides to form a crust. Pour sauce over meat, sprinkle with oregano, and top with cheese.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat 14–16 minutes or until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Temperature should reach 160°F. Drain fat, if necessary. Sprinkle with fresh basil and cut into wedges. Makes 6 servings
