|1 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck|
|1/2 cup chopped fresh basil|
|1½ cups finely chopped portobella mushrooms|
|1/2 tsp salt|
|1 egg white, lightly beaten|
|1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper|
|2 Tbsp dry breadcrumbs|
|1 clove garlic, minced|
|2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan or asiago cheese|
|DLM Marinara sauce (optional)|
Combine all ingredients, except marinara sauce, in a bowl and mix thoroughly but gently. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties. Grill to the internal temperature of 160°F (about 5 minutes per side).
Remove from heat and top with marinara sauce, if desired. Serve on hamburger buns.
