Mexican Burgers

1 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup seeded and chopped plum tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
2 tsp seeded and minced jalapeño pepper
Sour cream (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, and mix lightly. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties. Grill to the internal temperature of 160°F (about 5 minutes per side). Serve in hamburger buns with grilled sweet onions, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, if desired.
