Mexicali Pork Chops

4 duBreton Natural Pork Bonleless Chops, 3/4 inch thick
4 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 tsp vegetable oil
Salsa (optional)

Rub pork chops on both sides with taco seasoning. Heat non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush pan with oil. Reduce heat to medium, and cook pork chops for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until evenly browned. Top with salsa, if desired, and serve.
