Peppered Pork Tenderloin

2 duBreton Natural Pork Tenderloins
1 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp koser salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sugar

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush tenderloins with Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Combine pepper, thyme, salt, garlic salt, and sugar in a small bowl. Press herb mixture onto sides of meat. Place on a rack in a 9x13-inch pan and roast approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until 160°F. Slice in 1/2 inch slices and serve.
