Easy Chicken Pie
Quick, easy, and delicious!
|1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup|
|1/4 cup milk|
|1 cup DLM Diced Cooked Chicken|
|1½ cups mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen - no thawing necessary)|
|1 cup biscuit mix|
|1/3 cup milk|
In a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole dish, combine soup, 1/4 cup milk, chicken, and vegetables.
Combine biscuit mix and 1/3 cup milk. Drop biscuit topping by spoonfuls onto chicken mixture to cover. Bake, uncovered, at 450°F for 25 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.Makes 4 servings
