Light Stuffed Pasta Shells

A winning recipe from DLM's Healthy Alternative Recipe Contest. Submitted by Knicole A. Smith.

1/2 lb lean ground turkey, browned
1 cup chopped and steamed broccoli
1 cup skim ricotta cheese
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp fresh oregano
2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley
2/3 pound jumbo shells, cooked
2 cups DLM Marinara Sauce
1 cup grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Toss together turkey, broccoli, ricotta, garlic, oregano, and parsley. Stuff this mixture into cooked shells. Pack shells tightly into a baking dish. Cover with sauce and grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for one hour. Remove the foil the last 15 minutes to brown.Serves 6 to 8
