Light Fruit Waldorf
Low-fat and delicious!
|1 small Red Delicious Apple|
|1 small Granny Smith apple|
|8 seedless green grapes, cut in half|
|9 red seedless grapes, cut in half|
|1/2 cup thinly sliced celery|
|1/2 cup chopped pecans|
|1/4 cup dried sweet cherries, cut in quarters|
|(1) 8-oz container peach or lemon yogurt|
Combine apples, grapes, celery, pecans, and cherries. Toss with yogurt.
Makes 6 servings
