|2/3 cup fresh cranberries|
|1/2 cup powdered sugar|
In a food processor, use the steel blade to blend butter, cranberries, and sugar until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
Cranberry Butter may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for several weeks. Makes 1 1/3 cups
