Light Summer Melon Salad

1 cup ripe cantaloupe melon balls
1 cup ripe honeydew melon balls
3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
3 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (purple basil is most attractive)
3 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 Tbsp sugar

Place in a medium-size bowl the melon, pepper, onion, and basil. Combine remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl. Just before serving, pour the liquid mixture over the melon mixture.
