Curried Apricot Mayonnaise

Try this easy spread on a turkey or chicken sandwich. It’s outstanding!

1½ cups mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp curry powder
1/4 cup apricot jam

Mix ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. (can be prepared up to 2 days ahead) Cover and refrigerate. Makes 1¾ cups
