Tomatoes with Fresh Mozzarella

Fresh tomatoes, sliced
Fresh DLM Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Aunt Angie's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Fresh basil, cut into ribbons
Coarse salt
Freshly ground pepper

Alternate tomatoes with fresh mozzarella on serving platter. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over all. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Top with fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
