|Fresh DLM Mozzarella cheese, sliced|
|Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|Aunt Angie's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena|
|Fresh basil, cut into ribbons|
|Freshly ground pepper|
Alternate tomatoes with fresh mozzarella on serving platter. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over all. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Top with fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
