Pork and Sauerkraut
|2 lbs sauerkraut, drained and rinsed|
|1 medium red potato, peeled and grated|
|1 medium tart apple, peeled and grated|
|1 medium onion, peeled and grated|
|2 tsp caraway seeds|
|4 lbs duBreton Natural Pork Ribs, Chops, or Sausage|
Combine the sauerkraut, potato, apple, onion, and caraway seeds. Place in an ovenproof casserole; top with ribs, chops, or sausage. Bake at 325°F, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours.
