Goat Cheese Tartlets
|4 oz goat cheese|
|Approximately 1/4 cup heavy cream|
|2 pkgs Athens Mini Fillo Dough Shells (30 shells total)|
|4 Tbsp Red Pepper and Ancho Chili Jam|
Combine goat cheese with half of the cream. Add more cream, if necessary, until the mixture is smooth.
Divide the goat cheese among the fillo dough shells, and top with a small amount of the jam.
Bake in a 250°F oven for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is warm and softened.
Makes 30 tartlets
