Goat Cheese Tartlets

4 oz goat cheese
Approximately 1/4 cup heavy cream
2 pkgs Athens Mini Fillo Dough Shells (30 shells total)
4 Tbsp Red Pepper and Ancho Chili Jam

Combine goat cheese with half of the cream. Add more cream, if necessary, until the mixture is smooth.

Divide the goat cheese among the fillo dough shells, and top with a small amount of the jam.

Bake in a 250°F oven for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is warm and softened.

Makes 30 tartlets
