A colorful, delicious, make-ahead salad!
|2 bunches broccoli, washed, trimmed, and cut into flowerettes|
|1 cup raisins|
|1/2 cup chopped onion|
|10-15 slices DLM Uncured Bacon, cooked crisp, drained, and crumbled|
|1 cup mayonnaise|
|2 Tbsp vinegar|
|1/2 cup sugar|
Toss together broccoli, raisins, onion, and bacon. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Do not stir. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Mix well before serving.
