Chicken In A Hurry
Adapted from Don't Panic... It's In The Freezer.
|8 oz Catalina dressing|
|1 envelope dry onion soup mix|
|(1) 16-oz can whole berry cranberry sauce|
|4 DLM boneless, skinless chicken breast halves|
Combine dressing, onion soup mix, and cranberry sauce. Place chicken and the sauce in a freezer bag and freeze.
One day before your meal, thaw chicken and sauce completely in your refrigerator.
Remove chicken and sauce from freezer bag and place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F until the internal temperature is 170°F (about 1 1/4 hours). Makes 4 servings
