Southwestern Fish Soup

1 lb cod
3 cups water
1 cup chunky salsa
(1) 15-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Cut fish into 1-inch boneless cubes. In a medium saucepan, combine the cod, water, salsa, beans, corn, and cumin; heat just to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes. Top with cilantro.

Serve with sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, and shredded mozzarella cheese, if desired. Makes 6 servings
