Broccoli Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
12 oz fresh broccoli, trimmed, chopped, and blanched
(1) 2-oz jar diced pimentos, drained
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce to taste
1/2 tsp garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
