Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

10 DLM Chicken Drumettes (large) or 20 wings
Salt and pepper to taste
6 Tbsp butter
3/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Celery sticks
Blue Cheese Dressing

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Broil or deep-fry chicken wings until cooked through but not browned. Heat the butter, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Brush onto the wings. Finish by baking until crisp. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
