Apple Cider Cheese Fondue

|2 cups DLM 100% Apple Cider|
|2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded*|
|1½ cups Provolone cheese, shredded*|
|1/4 cup flour|
|1/2 tsp garlic powder|
|1/4 tsp onion powder|
Bring apple cider to a boil until reduced by half. Add remaining ingredients to boiling cider, and mix well. Continue to heat until mixture is smooth and bubbling hot. Briskly whisk the fondue to be sure it’s smooth, and pour into a prewarmed serving dish or fondue pot. Serve immediately with apple or pear wedges, cubed DLM Artisan French Baguette, or for a twist, try our Bakery’s Bavarian Salt Pretzel Sticks.
*For a smoky flavor use smoked mozzarella and smoked provolone.
