How to Prepare Lobster Tails

1) Preheat oven to 400°F.



2) Make two cuts through the upper shell forming an inverted V to expose the tail meat, leaving the tail fan intact. (Do not remove the undershell.)



3) Insert a wooden skewer lengthwise through the lobster meat.



4) Place on a baking sheet. Fan tail to lay flat. Brush with melted butter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until flesh is opaque.



5) Serve with drawn butter.
