Kid-Friendly Chili

2 lbs Coleman Natural Beef™ Ground Chuck
1/2-3/4 lb DLM Homemade Mozzarella
Garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1½ tsp fresh garlic, finely minced
(2) 14.5-oz cans Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
(1) 15-oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce

Brown the ground chuck in a large saucepan. While meat is browning, cut the mozzarella into small cubes and sprinkle generously with garlic salt. When meat is brown, drain the grease and return the meat to the pan. Add the pepper, fresh garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and mozzarella. Cook over medium heat. Chili is done when the mozzarella is melted throughout the entire pot. Can be eaten plain or served over pasta.
