Caribbean Coleslaw Gluten Free
This is great served with pork chops.
|(1) 1-lb bag classic coleslaw|
|1 fresh pineapple, cut into tidbits|
|4 green onions, finely sliced|
|1/2 cup cilantro, chopped|
|1/2 cup sunflower kernels, roasted and salted|
|1 fresh lime, juiced|
|1/4 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|3 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey|
|2 tsp sesame oil|
|Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; pour over coleslaw.
