Cajun-Spiced Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

|1 cup pumpkin seeds|
|1 Tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil|
|2 dashes DLM Worcestershire sauce|
|1 tsp Cajun seasoning|
|Paprika, for more color if desired|
Rinse seeds well to remove as much pulp as possible. Pat dry with paper towels. Toss pumpkin seeds with butter, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Stir seed mixture until well blended and coated.
Heat oven to 300°F. Roast, turning from time to time, for about 45 to 60 minutes, or until nicely browned and crunchy.
